Aprisium Pte Ltd is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with MREIT and FOPM for a pilot deployment at One Le Grand Tower, McKinley West, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila — home to FactSet.

This collaboration marks a significant step in advancing smart building sustainability through the implementation of Aprisium’s real-time, autonomous monitoring solution. The pilot will be conducted live on-site, focusing on optimizing cooling tower operations with measurable improvements in water consumption, energy efficiency, and chemical dosing.

By leveraging continuous, at-source monitoring and intelligent data insights, the initiative aims to shift building operations from reactive maintenance to proactive optimization—enhancing both environmental performance and operational efficiency.

Beyond cooling tower optimization, the partnership also opens opportunities to expand into grey water management and broader sustainability initiatives across the facility.
