Raghav Narayan
As the CEO of Aprisium, Raghav brings decades of experience in leading multinational corporations in the automotive, industrial, financial services, and technology sectors. Prior to his current role, Raghav served in senior management positions like Managing Director and VP for the Volvo Group for over 24 years, leading markets, and regional positions. He has also spearheaded the rollout of a B2B SaaS enterprise startup in multiple markets across the Asia Pacific region.

Serene Gay
Serene Gay is the Chief Revenue Officer at Aprisium. She brings over 15 years of commercial leadership experience across the technology, SaaS, and sustainability sectors, with a strong focus on building resilient, scalable growth models. Most recently, she led regional growth efforts at Everbridge, a global leader in critical event management and operational resilience. Her experience at the intersection of technology, public safety, and infrastructure resilience gives her a unique lens into the challenges our customers face — from water utilities to cities grappling with environmental threats. Her work in launching mission-critical SaaS solutions across the Asia-Pacific region makes her well-positioned to guide Aprisium through its next phase of growth.

Ewa Grygolowicz-Pawlak is the Chief Product Officer at Aprisium, with a PhD in Analytical Chemistry. She has nearly two decades of experience in designing and developing electrochemical and optical sensors, focusing on water treatment and bioproduction. Ewa's work spans academic, industrial, and startup environments, where her innovations have significantly advanced sensor technologies.
